Overview
This refund policy applies to all paid subscriptions on the BitPalm Agent Platform. We offer a free plan so you can test everything before committing. If you still need a refund, here is how it works.
How Subscriptions Work
All paid plans (Starter, Professional, Business) renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your billing page. After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the free plan. No further charges.
Monthly Plans
Monthly plans are not eligible for refunds. You can cancel anytime and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Since we offer a free plan to try everything first, monthly subscriptions are final.
Yearly Plans
Yearly plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days after payment, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, we offer prorated refunds for the unused portion on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- We will process your request within 3 business days
Processing
Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling and requesting a refund are two different things. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your plan active until the billing period ends. A refund returns money already charged. You can cancel anytime from your billing page without contacting us.
