This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions on the BitPalm Agent Platform. We want you to be satisfied with our service.

Subscription Plans

All paid plans (Starter, Professional, Business) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). Here's how our subscriptions work:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date you originally subscribed
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page or through the customer portal
  • Upon cancellation, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the Free plan

14-Day Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment. No questions asked.

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of each subscription payment
  • This applies to both new subscriptions and renewal payments
  • Refunds are issued in full — no partial or pro-rated refunds

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, please contact us:

  • Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Include your account email address
  • We will process your refund within 3 business days

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle, and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are two different things. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period and no further charges are made. A refund returns money already charged. You can cancel anytime from your billing page — no need to contact us.
